Obama Raleigh, N.C. Rally 10-29

Thousands of people swarm together just have a glimpse of Barack Obama and witness history. In downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, Barack Obama delivered one of his last speeches before November 4th, election day. With a line of spectators that wrapped around Halifax Mall twice, some went the extra mile just to get closer to Obama.

Assistant Attorney Generals, LaToya Powell (far left), Sandra Wallace-Smith(middle), and Chris Sinha (right) eagerly left their office building to attend the rally. After roaming through government buildings, and bumping in to FBI agents the three finally, with the power of persuasion, got around the thousands of people and in plain sight of the presidential hopeful. Along with the crowd, they experienced a life changing moment they will never forget; "Obama brought a crowd of thousands to tears of joy and cheers of excitement. We all knew we were a part of history and I was there" said Sandra. Story by Taylor Smith
